25 years as a marketing and communications consultant and practitioner, I lead ENR Consulting, a strategic communications consultancy supporting technology and B2B clients. My work focuses on helping companies clarify their narrative, strengthen their reputation, and communicate with the audiences that matter most during moments of growth, transformation, and change; especially as companies navigate the new AI era.

I also founded and lead Candy & Flowers, an award-winning strategic communications and marketing firm for disruptive brands. With a focus on the regulated cannabis and psychedelics markets, Candy & Flowers partners with clients to build brands, protect their reputations, and educate and influence audiences about the products, services, and issues shaping the growth, normalization, and future of these highly regulated industries.

Across both consultancies, my work centers on developing and communicating narratives for consumer, investor, influencer, trade and B2B audiences. I focus on delivering creative strategy, informative content, impactful engagement, and memorable experiences that shape trends and culture while supporting clients through high-stakes and high-opportunity moments.

Both in-house and agency-side at the world’s top communications firms, I’ve developed deep experience in brand and product marketing and PR, crisis communications and issues management, executive visibility and thought leadership, media and presentation training, grassroots and experiential marketing, advocacy, social and digital strategy, and content development. I’ve held senior executive roles at Weber Shandwick, Edelman, FleishmanHillard, and IBM, and have worked with some of the world’s largest brands including AT&T, GM, Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, PayPal, and Samsung, among others. I also have extensive experience helping startups build their brand and reputation in emerging and fast-moving industries.

Candy & Flowers won Clio Awards in 2020 and 2021 for creative client campaigns, and I serve as a founding board member of the Cannabis Media Council.
